This Woodland Nursery Wall Decal Collection is a showpiece statement for either Girl or Boy Nursery. Tree and branches come separate, as well as the animals, so you can place them however you like. You can Design your own Woodland Forest or follow the graphic I provide, Application instructions are included with every order.
HOW TO ORDER:
1) Select the length of the trees. How tall is your wall? I recommend to get the tree from top to bottom covering the entire length of the wall (that is how they look best) Contact me if you need a size that is not provided. See pictures, it shows how wide the design can get on the wall)
3) Select the SIDE for the Branch that Holds the Swing. Please see pictures for examples.
3) Select Color vinyl for the trees (we carry all the shades of brown and gray, including white and black, that are available in the vinyl market) TIP on how to select color: In my experience, you will obtain the best look by selecting a color palette similar to the wall paint color. Look at all the pictures, I made a lot of examples for wall paint/trees colors.
4) During checkout, add a note to seller including any specific important information you want me to know, such as due date if you need this order for a specific event, or if you want to request samples prior to processing the order.

Wall graphics must be applied to a clean, smooth (slight textured is acceptable), dry and non-porous surface in a timely manner, preferably within 4 weeks of receiving your shipment. Freshly applied paint should be allowed to cure for a minimum of four full weeks before wall graphic application. Your decals will peel off the wall if the paint is still not cured (due to the out gassing) or if the paint is not compatible with removable decals.

Inspect Your Order When It Arrives
Please open and inspect your entire order promptly after delivery, even if you plan to install it later.
Report manufacturing defects, incorrect panels, missing pieces, incorrect pattern scale, or other fulfillment issues within 14 calendar days of delivery and before installation. Report visible shipping damage within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Keep the product, panel labels, shipping box, and packaging until we have reviewed your claim. Do not trim, cut, wet, paste, install, alter, or discard an item you believe is incorrect or defective before contacting us.
Order Processing
Our products are made according to the size, material, color, quantity, personalization, and other options selected when you order.
Most orders take approximately 3 to 10 business days to produce before shipment. Production may take longer during busy periods or when a custom order requires additional information. If we need measurements, personalization details, or clarification, we may place the order on hold while we contact you.
If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering. We will let you know whether we can accommodate it. A requested delivery date is not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm it in writing.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the applicable option to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Carrier delivery estimates may change after a package ships.
We package wallpaper and wall decals to protect them during transit. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for the selected service.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking says a package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and any delivery photograph or carrier notice. Then contact us so we can review the available tracking information with you.
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us. We will review the shipment and help determine the appropriate next step, including a carrier inquiry or claim when applicable.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their destination country or carrier unless those charges were collected at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase if production has not begun. After that, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible because materials or production work may already have been committed to your order.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This section does not limit any cancellation or refund rights that apply when an order cannot be shipped as promised.
Made-to-Order Products and Returns
Wallpaper, wall decals, murals, personalized items, and custom-sized products are made for each order. We do not accept returns or exchanges of correctly produced made-to-order products because of a change of mind, an ordering mistake, or a preference for a different color or appearance.
If we made or shipped an incorrect item, or you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within the inspection period above. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate remedy. When only part of an order is affected, we may be able to replace the affected panel or piece.
What to Check Before Installation
Before cutting, trimming, wetting, pasting, removing backing paper, or installing anything, verify:
- The product and material received
- The number of panels or pieces
- Panel dimensions and height
- Pattern scale, if applicable
- Panel sequence and labels
- Print and color consistency between panels
- Visible damage, defects, or missing pieces
Installation scheduled for a later date does not extend the 14-day inspection period. Please inspect the order when it arrives so an issue can be addressed promptly.
Manufacturing Defects and Incorrect Items
If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and before installation. Include photographs of the affected product and its labels, plus your order number.
Please do not install or alter the affected item before we have reviewed it. If an issue is confirmed, we will explain the available remedy. A problem affecting one panel does not necessarily require replacement of unaffected panels.
Shipping Damage
Report visible shipping damage within 7 calendar days of delivery. Photograph the shipping box, label, protective packaging, and damaged product. Keep all packaging and the affected item while we review the issue.
Color, Screens, and Samples
We work to represent our products accurately, but a screen cannot guarantee an exact match to a printed product. Screen settings, room lighting, material texture, and the difference between digital displays and printed inks can affect how a color appears.
The same design may also look different when printed on different wallpaper or wall decal materials. We strongly recommend ordering a sample in the material you intend to purchase before ordering a full wallpaper project.
A preference for a different shade, saturation, pattern scale, or appearance from a screen image is not a manufacturing defect when the selected product has been produced correctly.
Measurements, Panel Height, and Quantity
Please measure your wall carefully and select the correct material, dimensions, panel height, quantity, and available design options before ordering. A panel that is too short cannot be made taller after production.

Reorders and Color Matching
For the closest possible match, order all wallpaper needed for one project at the same time. We cannot guarantee an exact match to an order printed later because materials, ink lots, printer settings, and other production conditions can change.
If you need additional panels, keep your original order information and contact us before placing a reorder.
Installation and Wall Compatibility
Wallpaper and wall decals have different installation requirements. Read the instructions for your specific material and check the panel labels before installation. If you hire an installer, please share the instructions and have the installer inspect the order before work begins.
Adhesion and removal results depend on the wall's paint, texture, condition, preparation, and environment. Some specialty or highly washable paint finishes may present adhesion challenges. Test a sample on the actual wall when compatibility is uncertain.
Wait at least 6 weeks after painting before installing peel and stick wallpaper or wall decals. Fresh paint may interfere with adhesion. Follow the material-specific instructions for cleaning, panel order, overlap, and installation.
Installation problems caused by incorrect measurements, unsuitable wall conditions, incompatible materials or adhesives, improper preparation, or failure to follow the supplied instructions are not manufacturing defects.
Storage
Store products indoors in a clean, dry, climate-controlled space. If a package has been exposed to extreme heat or cold, allow it to return to room temperature before opening and installing it.
For the best adhesive performance, we recommend installing peel and stick products within approximately 30 days of delivery. This recommendation does not extend the order inspection period.
